Our model is simple: we collect only the information needed to produce your report, we deliver it, and we do not sell, share, publish, or monetize your personal information in any way. TF Recruit sells and delivers reports exclusively to customers located in the United States.

01

Our website is not directed at residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States, and we do not knowingly accept orders from outside the United States.

02

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data when you visit tfrecruit.com:

  • IP address and approximate geographic region
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, referring URL, and time on site
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

We use this data primarily for site performance, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate analytics. We do not use it for advertising or behavioral profiling, and it is not linked to your identity or your athlete's data.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

  • Generate and deliver your personalized recruiting report
  • Process your payment

  • Respond to customer support inquiries

We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order.

04

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy
  • We do not display, publish, or share athlete performance data publicly
  • We do not create profiles or databases linking athletes to their marks for external use
  • We do not use athlete data to train AI or machine learning models for external sale
  • We do not send marketing emails to athletes or families without explicit opt-in
  • We do not disclose your information to colleges, coaches, or recruiting platforms
05

Data Sharing

We share data only with the limited service providers required to operate our business, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
  • Email delivery provider — to send your report and order confirmation to the address you provide.
  • Website hosting provider — to serve tfrecruit.com.

We require service providers to use personal information only to provide services to us and not for their own independent purposes.

We may disclose information in limited circumstances:

  1. When required by law, subpoena, or court order
  2. To respond to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities
  3. To investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected fraud, security issues, or violations of our terms
  4. To protect the rights, property, or safety of TF Recruit, our users, or others

We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction, provided the recipient agrees to handle the information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

06

Cookies

We use a limited set of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., shopping cart, checkout session)
  • Analytics cookies — aggregate, anonymous traffic data to understand how visitors use the site

We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect checkout functionality.

07

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for high school athletes aged 13 and older and their parents or legal guardians. TF Recruit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Purchases must be made by an adult who is at least 18 years old. If information is submitted about an athlete under 18, the person submitting the order represents that they are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or have obtained permission from the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

For athletes aged 13–17, a parent or legal guardian should review this Privacy Policy and supervise the purchase and submission process.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us at hello@tfrecruit.com and we will delete it promptly.

08

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Operational data (name, email, event, marks) — generally retained for up to 2 years from the date of purchase
  • Financial and tax records — retained for the period required by applicable law, typically 7 years

After these periods, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 10), subject to our legal and financial record-keeping obligations.

09

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limited to personnel who need it to fulfill orders, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you may:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of any marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tfrecruit.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, generally 30–45 days.

California Residents

TF Recruit is not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act because we do not meet the statutory applicability thresholds. Even so, California residents may contact us at hello@tfrecruit.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and financial record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., college athletics programs). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as by email or a prominent website notice.

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
