Automatic Collection
We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on the Services and other online sites and services, such as:
- Online activity data, such as the website you visited before browsing to the Site, pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, access times, duration of access, and basic data passed during text message transmission

Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like many online services, we partner with selected vendors such as Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies and other services on the Site through the use of cookies and similar technologies. This is necessary to facilitate some of our automatic data collection, including:

We may use pixel tags to collect information about your interactions with our email messages, such as the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails
Third-Party Sources
We may receive personal information about you from other sources, such as our customers; companies that help provide our services; data providers; business partners, such as joint marketing partners; and publicly-available sources, such as social media platforms. We may combine such personal information with information we have already collected about you.
Referrals
Users of the Services may have the opportunity to refer colleagues or other contacts to us and share their contact information. Please do not provide us with someone's contact information unless you have their permission to do so.
Sensitive Personal Information
Unless we specifically request it, we ask that you not provide us with any sensitive personal information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, or trade union membership) on or through the Services, or otherwise to us.

- Opt Out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us at privacy@tfrecruit.com. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
- Cookies. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser's settings. - Advertising Choices. - Declining to Provide Your Information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide those services.
Security
TFR is committed to protecting the security of the information we collect. No method of storage or transmission of data can be guaranteed or is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from the risks presented by unauthorized access or acquisition, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password or other forms of authentication, limiting access to your devices, and signing out of the Site after your sessions.
International Data Transfer
TFR is headquartered in the United States and has service providers in other countries. Your personal information may be collected, used, and stored in the United States or other locations outside of your home country. Privacy laws in the locations where we handle your personal information may not be as protective as the privacy laws in your home country. By providing your personal information, where applicable law permits, you consent to such transfer and processing and the collection, use, and disclosure set forth herein or in any applicable terms of service.
Children
The Services are not directed at, and TFR does not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us at privacy@tfrecruit.com and we will delete it promptly.

The Services may contain links to other websites and online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control third-party websites or online services and are not responsible for their actions. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site. We will need to verify your identity to process your access and deletion requests and reserve the right to confirm your California residency. Government identification may be required. If you wish to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we will need to verify both your and your agent's identities, and your agent must provide valid power of attorney or other proof of authority acceptable to us.

The information provided in this section applies only to individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (collectively, "Europe").
Personal Information and Controller
References to "personal information" in this Privacy Policy are equivalent to "personal data" governed by European data protection legislation. The controller of your personal information covered by this Privacy Policy is TF Recruit, LLC.
