Most track recruiting services don't answer the one question you're actually asking.

NCSA's top tier is $4,200. They'll build your kid a profile and send it to coaches. What they won't tell you: is your athlete actually good enough, at what level, and exactly what needs to change between now and senior year.

What parents are actually searching at 11pm

"Is my kid good enough to run track in college — and if not, what specifically do they need to do?"

Two kinds of help. Only one answers the question.

Profile hosting. Coach outreach. Highlight reels.

Platforms that help your athlete contact college coaches. They're fine at what they do. But they don't tell you whether your athlete is actually recruitable, at what level, or what training gap needs to close.

They answer different questions. You can absolutely use one of these platforms in parallel — but pair it with a TF Recruit report (and the add-on deep-dives we offer) to get the complete recruiting picture in one place.

Analysis. Projection. Specific training recommendations.

A 20-page report written by coaches who've built athletes to DI standards. Your kid's current marks mapped to verified DI / DII / DIII recruiting bands. Base-case and stretch projections with actual target times. A specific training framework to close the gap.

This is the answer parents keep Googling at 11pm but never find.

projection

Current marks. Real projections. Specific gaps.

Every report includes base-case and stretch projections built from thousands of verified datapoints for elite HS athletes — what athletes with your kid's speed profile actually run once the aerobic engine is developed.

No generic conversion math. No vague "keep training." Real times, real gaps, real target standards for the programs you care about.

Two track dads who got tired of watching families spend thousands on services that don't answer the question.

We coach our own kids. We built this framework for them first. We're coaches — not marketers, not recruiters, not a platform.

Now we build these reports for yours.

Straight answers. No sales pitch.

How is this different from NCSA or FieldLevel?
NCSA and FieldLevel help athletes build profiles and contact coaches. They don't tell you whether your athlete is actually good enough for those coaches, or what training gap needs to close by senior year. We don't do outreach. We tell you the truth about where your kid stands and what needs to happen next. Most families who work with us also use NCSA or FieldLevel — the two services answer completely different questions.
My kid is a freshman / sophomore / junior. Is it too early or too late?
Freshman and sophomore reports are developmental — they show the runway and what to build. Junior reports are strategic — they show the recruiting window and what to target this season. Senior reports are honest — we show what's realistic in the time that's left. All three are useful. We've never done one and thought "this should have waited."
What if my kid runs hurdles, jumps, or throws?
Right now, we write reports for the 400m, 800m, 1500m, and 1600m. That's where our analytical framework is strongest and where we have the clearest reference data. 400H and XC are on the near-term roadmap. If your athlete's primary events are outside this range, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Do you guarantee my kid will get recruited?
No. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee recruiting outcomes is lying to you. What we can tell you is exactly what recruiting-level marks look like for your kid's events, whether they're within a realistic development path, and what training will close the gap fastest. Whether they actually run those marks is up to them, their coaches, and the work.
What data do you use? How do you know these track recruiting standards are accurate?
Recruiting standards are built from verified collegiate roster data across Division I and Division II programs, then cross-referenced with independent recruiting intelligence. Benchmarks are calibrated against the top tier of high school performance nationally to ensure they reflect the current ceiling of the sport. Every metric in the report is derived from publicly available, verifiable sources and is designed to align with real roster outcomes.
What happens if the report says our kid isn't DI material?
Then you know, and you can plan accordingly. We're not here to tell you what you want to hear — we're here to tell you what's true. But "not DI" isn't the same as "not recruitable." DII and DIII have excellent programs, real scholarships in DII, and strong academic fits in DIII. Our reports tier-rank target schools across all three divisions because the right fit matters more than the division label.
My kid's coach has a different training philosophy. Will this cause problems?
Maybe. That's why the report includes an FAQ specifically on how to have the coach conversation productively — from asking questions, to proposing additive changes, to knowing when to get a second opinion. Most coaches engage constructively when the analysis is specific and data-backed. A coach who dismisses it without engaging with the data is telling you something useful too.
How fast is the turnaround, really?
24 hours or less for 95% of reports. We're running this manually right now — intentionally. Every report is written by hand. If something comes up and we're going to be delayed, we email you within 6 hours. Full refund if we miss 48 hours.

Stop guessing. Find out where your kid stands in 24 hours.
